LESSON: Have your Will updated after any major life change such as birth, marriage, divorce, or significant change in your financial picture. |

PROBLEM: Two people who have never gotten along may destroy Dale Earnhardt Senior's prized creation - Dale Earnhardt Inc. LESSON: Do not underestimate the likelihood that family rifts will develop or widen if something should happen to you. |
| FACT: Anna Nicole Smith's Will was drafted by an attorney who was not an Estate Planner. It was so poorly drafted that it is almost assured to be totally ineffective. LESSON: Hiring an attorney who merely dabbles in writing Wills can be as bad or worse than not having a Will. |
